I have just purchased a console, how long will it take to arrive?
we use Royal Mail First Class Signed For to send all our parcels. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping package and location. If you’re in the UK, expect your console within 1-3 working days.
For faster delivery (additional charges apply), consider our Royal Mail Next Day Before 1PM Special Delivery option. Royal Mail guarantees delivery by the next working day before 1PM (£16.50). In most case of any delays, they will offer a partial or full refund on shipping costs.
If you are located in the US, shipping times are TBD. The parcel will be sent with Royal Mail but handed over to Global Priority. This service costs £90 and full tracking is offered.

Why am I getting a "Fatal Crash" on my console?
Clear the Cache: Sometimes, your Xbox just needs a quick clean-up. Head over to the Dashboard settings and clear the system cache. It's like giving your console a mini refresh.
Plugins Can Be Tricky: Are you using plugins? They can sometimes cause issues if they’re not getting along with your system or other plugins. To figure out if a plugin is the problem, try turning them off one by one to see which one is causing the crash. Once you’ve found the troublemaker, see if there’s an update available or consider removing it. Also, it's really important to keep all your plugins up to date. Developers often release updates that fix bugs or compatibility issues that could be causing crashes. So, make sure you're running the latest versions of your plugins.
Be Careful with Mods and Updates: Love using mod menus or plugins like MatrixMods or NiNJA Loader? These tools depend on having the right game updates. If you're missing an update or have the wrong one, they might try to modify parts of the selected memory address that don't exist or is incorrect with your current title update, leading to crashes. Make sure you've got the correct title update for your games installed and activated.
NAND Issues: For the tech-savvy, a bad NAND flash can be the culprit. Re-flashing with a correct dump might be needed, but this can be tricky. If you're not confident, seeking professional help might be best.

Refund & Warranty
Refund: We offer a ZERO refund policy. If you have issues with the console itself then this may come under Warranty. If youre just having a hard time using the RGH there is plenty of resources online regarding modded console and we also have plenty of people in our Discord community that maybe willing to help you out.
Warranty: We provide a 6-month warranty for our consoles sold in the UK. If your console fails to boot unexpectedly, reach out to us, and we’ll troubleshoot the issue via chat. If the problem can’t be resolved through chat, return the console to us for inspection and repairs. If repair isn’t feasible, we’ll dispatch a replacement unit. You’re responsible for shipping the console back to us, but there’s no UK charge for us to send the console back to you. International orders are going to be a problem due to the high shipping costs so unless you're willing to pay shipping to us and then the return shipping we advise looking at a console repair shop local to you.
Additionally, please note that opening the console or tampering with our warranty sticker will void the warranty. Water damage also voids the warranty. During the warranty period, we cover any problems your console may experience. If issues arise beyond the 6-month warranty, a £40 repair fee applies. If we’re unable to perform repairs, the only charge will be for return shipping.
